Static Pass Box

Pass box is an auxiliary equipment in the clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean areas and clean areas, and between non-clean areas and clean areas. The doors on both sides are equipped with mechanical or electronic interlocking devices to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time to prevent cross contamination, so as to reduce the number of clean room door openings and reduce the pollution in the clean area.

Pass Box (Optional Function)

Pass box with -floor mounted. The pass box has no bottom and a trolley can enter esaily .

L-shaped corner pass box, the door opening direction can be customized for workshops with limited space. 

The door can be moved up and down to facilitate the conveyor belt to pass through the transfer window.

The controller is password protected and non-management personnel cannot adjust parameters. 

Sterilization on all four sides, protected by germicidal lamp guard plate.

Rollers are installed at the bottom of the transfer window to facilitate the placement and removal of heavy goods.

With intercom function, it is convenient for internal and external personnel to communicate.

Stainless steel air shower is a highly practical equipment, it is widely used in medicine, biology, electronics, semiconductors, food, chemical and other industries, is to prevent bacteria, microorganisms, dust and other external pollution of the ideal equipment. These units feature efficient ventilation systems, stainless steel and advanced control systems that purify the air quickly and provide high-quality protection for products during manufacturing, packaging, testing .

When both the exit and import door are closed the fan begin to work, the air in the air shower will go through the primary filter ,and go into the static pressure box and then the air will go through the HEPA , The HEPA will absorb 99.99 %  0.3 um dust , and the clean air is sprayed from the nozzle of the air shower at high speed, the Angle of the nozzle can be adjusted, which can effectively blow away the dust that attached to the surface of the person or cargo , and the dust can be recycled into the primary effect air filter , so the cycle can achieve the purpose of dust removal and purification, and the fresh air in the air shower area is filtered by the bottom of the box through the primary effect filter and HEPA。

Air shower is a necessary air clean facility , it is  used to  remove  the dust particles attached to the surface of the human body or the carry items that will go into the purification workshop or the clean room,  while the air shower room also plays the role of airlock buffer, to prevent unpurified air into the clean area, is the effective air purification equipment for human body purification and to prevent air pollution outside the clean area

The standard air shower is set up to go though in two direction, employee can go in from the entrance when start to work , and employee can exit from the exit door when work off , and if  you want a single direction through way ,It can be programmed to work in single directions .   

As the first barrier for workers to enter the purification workshop, the air shower plays a very important role in blowing away the hair and dust on the workers. Normally workers will wear work clothes when entering the workshop. The high-speed air ejected from the nozzle of the air shower will remove the most of the hair and dust on the clothes.  But when workers are wearing open weave garments, there’s always a chance that some hair and dust may remain in the material.

We offer two kinds of air shower , standard person air shower ,and customized size air shower . Normally ,the standard air shower for 1 person and 2 persons are ship  the assembled air shower , and ship the customized size air shower disassemble . In order to help you reduce the shipping cost , we advice the clients to ship the air shower disassemble .  

If you have no assembling experience , no worry , most of our clients can assemble it successfully with our manual and online guidance ,you just need to find a employee who understand the electric , we offer words manual and video teaching . Or if you need we can send our engineer to your country to help you install it , but you need to pay all the extra cost .

The air shower is easy to maintain , you need to wipe down the surface of the air shower every two weeks with 2% mild liquid  soap with distilled water mixture . and you need the clean the pre-filter every month . and the pre-filter is washable . you need to replace the HEPA  filter every 1-2 years . HEPA is not washable ,and you need to buy new one .

Our air shower warranty is 3 years for the electrical parts (blower , electrical board ,control panel ) , if the parts are broken caused by our quality , we can send you new one for free . Normally , when we  send you the new air shower , we will give you a set of consumable parts .
