Dynamic Pass Box (Optional Function）

Pass box with -floor mounted. The pass box has no bottom and a trolley can enter esaily .

L-shaped corner pass box, the door opening direction can be customized for workshops with limited space.

The door can be moved up and down to facilitate the conveyor belt to pass through the transfer window.

The controller is password protected and non-management personnel cannot adjust parameters.

Sterilization on all four sides, protected by germicidal lamp guard plate.

Rollers are installed at the bottom of the transfer window to facilitate the placement and removal of heavy goods.

With intercom function, it is convenient for internal and external personnel to communicate.

A device using unidirectional laminar airflow and self-cleaning systems (e.g., UV or HEPA) to maintain sterility during item transfer in high-cleanliness environments.

The fan creates laminar airflow, while UV light or HEPA filters purify air to prevent cross-contamination.

Pharmaceutical labs, biotech facilities, electronics cleanrooms, and sterile operating rooms requiring ISO Class 5+ cleanliness.

Standard boxes isolate contamination; laminar models add continuous airflow and active purification.

Press the “Self-Clean” button on the control panel. The system runs for 10-30 minutes with UV/filtration.

Reserve ≥50cm on both sides for operation and ≥30cm above for maintenance (check model specs).  

Clean pre-filters monthly; replace HEPA every 1-2 years. UV lamps last ~8000 hours—test intensity regularly.

Our pass box warranty is 1 year for the electrical parts (blower , electrical board ,control panel ) , if the parts are broken caused by our quality , we can send you new one for free . Normally , when we  send you the new pass box , we will give you a set of consumable parts .
