Auto Air Shower

Stainless steel air shower is a highly practical equipment, it is widely used in medicine, biology, electronics, semiconductors, food, chemical and other industries, is to prevent bacteria, microorganisms, dust and other external pollution of the ideal equipment. When both the exit and import door are closed the fan begin to work, the air in the air shower will go through the primary filter ,and go into the static pressure box and then the air will go through the HEPA , The HEPA will absorb 99.99 %  0.3 um dust , and the clean air is sprayed from the nozzle of the air shower at high speed, the Angle of the nozzle can be adjusted, which can effectively blow away the dust that attached to the surface of the person or cargo , and the dust can be recycled into the primary effect air filter , so the cycle can achieve the purpose of dust removal and purification, and the fresh air in the air shower area is filtered by the bottom of the box through the primary effect filter and HEPA。

Air shower is a necessary air clean facility , it is  used to  remove  the dust particles attached to the surface of the human body or the carry items that will go into the purification workshop or the clean room,  while the air shower room also plays the role of airlock buffer, to prevent unpurified air into the clean area, is the effective air purification equipment for human body purification and to prevent air pollution outside the clean area

The standard air shower is set up to go though in two direction, employee can go in from the entrance when start to work , and employee can exit from the exit door when work off , and if  you want a single direction through way ,It can be programmed to work in single directions .   

As the first barrier for workers to enter the purification workshop, the air shower plays a very important role in blowing away the hair and dust on the workers. Normally workers will wear work clothes when entering the workshop. The high-speed air ejected from the nozzle of the air shower will remove the most of the hair and dust on the clothes.  But when workers are wearing open weave garments, there’s always a chance that some hair and dust may remain in the material.
