Static Pass Box

Pass box is an auxiliary equipment in the clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean areas and clean areas, and between non-clean areas and clean areas. The doors on both sides are equipped with mechanical or electronic interlocking devices to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time to prevent cross contamination, so as to reduce the number of clean room door openings and reduce the pollution in the clean area.

Pass Box (Optional Function)

Pass box with -floor mounted. The pass box has no bottom and a trolley can enter esaily .

L-shaped corner pass box, the door opening direction can be customized for workshops with limited space. 

The door can be moved up and down to facilitate the conveyor belt to pass through the transfer window.

The controller is password protected and non-management personnel cannot adjust parameters. 

Sterilization on all four sides, protected by germicidal lamp guard plate.

Rollers are installed at the bottom of the transfer window to facilitate the placement and removal of heavy goods.

With intercom function, it is convenient for internal and external personnel to communicate.

The pass box is a device used to transfer items between clean rooms or areas of different cleanliness levels. The double-door interlocking design avoids cross-contamination of air caused by opening the door directly, ensuring the cleanliness of the environment.

Double door interlock: ensure that both doors cannot be opened at the same time to prevent contamination;
High efficiency filtration: built-in HEPA filter to purify the air during the transfer process;
Durable material: 304 stainless steel or electrostatic sprayed plastic shell, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean;
Optional functions: UV sterilization, touch screen control, pressure difference monitoring, etc.

It is suitable for places that require strict dust and bacteria control, such as pharmaceutical laboratories, food processing plants, electronic clean rooms, and hospital operating rooms, and is used to transfer samples, tools, materials, etc.

Installation steps: open a hole in the wall → fix the box → connect the power supply → debug the interlocking system → test the sealing;

– Ensure that the wall’s load-bearing capacity matches the size of the transfer window;
– Install away from vibration sources to avoid affecting the sealing;
– Leave enough space for later maintenance.

– Wipe the inner wall with a dust-free cloth dipped in 75% alcohol or neutral detergent;
– The UV sterilization function can be turned on regularly (recommended 1-2 times a week);
– Avoid using corrosive solvents.

Usually it should be replaced every 1-2 years, depending on the frequency of use and the cleanliness of the environment. If the air volume drops significantly or the pressure difference alarm sounds, it needs to be replaced immediately.

– Check whether there is any foreign object caught;
– Confirm whether the interlocking system is faulty and try to restart the power supply;
– Contact after-sales personnel to repair the circuit or mechanical structure.
